Our elementary school day typically begins at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 2:30 p.m., with after-school programs available for families needing extended care.

Registration is straightforward and can be done online or in person at the school office. Required documents include proof of residence, birth certificate, and immunization records.

At Montara, we are committed to creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment where every student is encouraged to grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Our dedicated staff works collaboratively to provide high-quality instruction, build meaningful relationships, and create innovative opportunities that inspire students to BELIEVE in themselves, embrace challenges, and achieve their full potential.
Through our focus on Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID), Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), and strong family partnerships, Montara fosters a culture of excellence, kindness, and continuous growth.
